- Do you install?
- We set you up with a background-checked, EPA-certified local company.
- Do you text?
- No automated texts. A person may call the number you give to schedule.
- Furnace, AC, or both?
- Furnace only if the AC still has years left. AC only if the furnace still has years left — central AC, not a window unit. Both, as one request, when the furnace and the condenser are both due.
- What does it cost?
- Typical 2026 installed ranges here: furnace $6,100–$13,200, AC $7,200–$13,200, both $13,200–$22,000. Size the house on the cost calculator. Different sized homes have different costs. Every project is different. Different efficiencies and equipment tiers will have different costs. That is a market band, not a bid. We do not quote the job.
- How long is the visit?
- Two hours. Three visits a day, with a 30-minute buffer.
- Do you take my ZIP?
- Only the western-suburb towns on the list — Wheaton, Naperville, Geneva, and the cities next to them. Check the ZIP on the homepage. If it is not on the list, we will not take the form.
- What happens after I submit?
- If the house is a fit, you get an email the same day. You pick a 60-minute time. Renters, repairs, and out-of-area homes stop here. We set you up with a background-checked, EPA-certified local company.
- What about a boiler?
- Hydronic natural-gas hot water only — radiators or baseboard. Steam, radiant floor, oil, propane, and electric stop the request. Hydronic boiler estimates.
